Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for handling a hollow member which includes a rotary shaft inserted into a hollow member having a hollow formed inside; a moving unit connected to the rotary shaft, and moving in the longitudinal direction of the hollow member as the rotary shaft is rotated; a fixing unit connected to the moving unit while being apart from the moving unit; and a connecting unit connecting the moving unit to the fixing unit, and having an end portion moving in the width direction of the hollow member as the moving unit is moved to press an inner wall of the hollow member. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for handling a hollow member is inserted inside a hollow member such as a pipe, and presses an inner circumferential surface of the hollow member to transfer the hollow member, thereby transferring the hollow member without damaging an outer circumferential surface of the hollow member.
