Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a display device to effectively control a pixel region by using the arrangement shape of the pixel region and a material of which color can be changed by electricity. A display device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first transparent conductive film and a second transparent conductive film which face each other and have pixel regions formed on a side, a pixel electrode which supplies power to the pixel regions, an electrochromic layer located between the first transparent conductive film and the second transparent conductive film; and a control part which individually controls a potential difference applied to the pixel regions. A one-to-many match exists between the pixel regions formed in the first transparent conductive film and the pixel regions formed in second transparent conductive film.
