Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an edible film and a manufacturing method thereof. The edible film is manufactured by mixing natural tapioca starch in an optimal weight ratio in lower cost to overcome a mechanical vulnerability of pullulan film and has outstanding solubility, transparency, flexibility, drought resistance and moisture proof. The edible film manufactured by using the composition is applied to various fields like pharmaceutical products, food products, packages for food, and mouthwashes. In the present invention, provided is the edible film including the pullan and natural tapioca starch which are mixed in the weight ratio of 1-30 to 1-20 respectively.
