Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel. The display panel includes a plurality of pixels, a plurality of data lines which transmit a data signal to the pixels, a first electrode which is electrically connected to the data lines, a second electrode which is separated from the first electrode in a first direction, a semiconductor layer which overlaps the first electrode and the second electrode, a plurality of thin film transistors which include gate electrodes which overlap the semiconductor layer, and a pad part which is electrically connected to the second electrode. The thin film transistors include a plurality of first thin film transistors and a plurality of second thin film transistors which are alternatively arranged. The semiconductor layer is distinguished into a first semiconductor layer which is included in the first thin film transistor and a second semiconductor layer which is included in the second thin film transistor. The first semiconductor layer is arranged across the second semiconductor layer. The length of the first semiconductor layer in the first direction is longer than the length of the second semiconductor layer in the first direction.
