Zusammenfassung:	An organic waste treatment method is disclosed. The organic waste treatment method according an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step of introducing and storing organic waste collected and carried from organic waste generating sites to a hopper unit; a step of supplying the organic waste stored at the hopper unit to each of the drying tanks at a low temperature drying unit; a step of drying the organic waste at each of the low temperature drying tanks with a low temperature; a step of transferring the organic waste dried at each of the low temperature drying tanks to a high temperature drying unit; and a step of drying the organic waste dried at the high temperature drying unit at a high temperature.
