CULTURE METHOD OF SPORE FOR ENTOMOPATHOGENIC FUNGUS USING NATURAL ZEOLITE CERAMIC BALL, AND METHOD OF HARVESTING THE SAME

The present invention provides a method for producing spores by culturing entomopathogenic fungus having a biological control function using natural zeolite ceramic balls and a method for collecting the spores obtained by the method. More specifically, the present invention can efficiently produce sufficient amount of spores required for formulation by culturing the entomopathogenic fungus using a solid culture medium for natural zeolite ceramic ball carriers comprising: rice bran extract as an organic component providing carbon and nitrogen sources required for growth and development; starch as a carbon source and for stably mixing with the natural zeolite ceramic balls; and sodium chloride as an inorganic component and a pore inducing modulator. The spores collected by the method of isolating spores produced by the method have excellent effects as an insecticide for controlling various injurious insects.
