Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process water treatment system for manufacturing cooked noodles using electrocoagulation and, more specifically, to a process water treatment system for manufacturing cooked noodles using electrocoagulation comprising: a process water storage tank wherein the process water generated in a process of manufacturing cooked noodles is stored; an aluminum electrolytic cell; an electrolyte supply pump for inserting an electrolyte into the aluminum electrolytic cell; a rapid agitation chamber which is connected to the process water storage tank and aluminum electrolytic cell and wherein the process water stored in the process water storage tank is supplied through the process water supply pump, and which flocculates a colloid in the process water and settling in the bottom by mixing aluminum inserted from the aluminum electrolytic cell with the supplied process water; a slow agitation chamber which is connected to the rapid agitation chamber and which flocculates flocs in the process water with aluminum supplied from the rapid agitation chamber; a flocculation chamber which is connected to the slow agitation chamber and which settles the flocculated flocs; a disk filter filtration chamber which is connected to the flocculation chamber and which reduces the turbidity of the flocculated flocs; and a disk filter suction pump which is connected to the disk filter filtration chamber and which sucks water in the disk filter and effuses the water. |
