AN APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING AN IMAGING DEVICE FOR ADJUSTMENT OF AT LEAST ONE HANDLING DEVICE FOR HANDLING SEMICONDUCTOR COMPONENTS

Disclosed is a device for handing electronic components. The device includes i) multiple pick heads arranged to surround a rotary device and surroundings of the rotary device and operated to make each pick head accept the electronic components; ii) a position determining device for determining the arrangement of the electronic components accepted by each pick head; iii) a reference point mark determined by the position determining device and arranged on a position indicating the arrangement of the electronic components; iv) a first photographing device arranged for the reference point mark; and at least one handling device for handling the electronic components. Specifically, as the first photographing device is able to operate to capture at least one image including at least one handling device and the reference point mark, a position of at least one handling device is adjusted to make the handling device arranged for the arrangement of the electronic components based on the reference point mark induced from at least one image captured by the first photographing device and an offset between handling devices. Disclosed is a method for adjusting a position of at least one handing device of a device for handling electronic components.
