Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a lead frame which can prevent oxidation of a lead frame part and prevent oxidation by improving adhesion to the lead frame, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The lead frame according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base substrate for a lead frame; a metal layer having a hydrophilic reactor formed on the base substrate for a lead frame; and a liposome particle combined with the hydrophilic reactor of the metal layer.
