Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a unsexual propagation for producing plants by using the steps of inducing stem of Paulownia coreana through an axillary bud culture; inducing multiple shoot and roots under a proper condition of in-vitro culture; and using a micropropagation which produce young trees by transplanting bed soil. 본 발명은 오동나무의 액아배양을 통해 줄기를 유도하고 기내배양 조건의 적정화를 통해 다경 줄기(multiple shoot) 유도, 발근유도 및 상토이식을 통해 묘목을 생산하는 미세번식(micropropagation)의 방법으로 식물을 재생시키는 무성번식(vegetative propagation) 방법에 관한 것이다.
