Zusammenfassung:	A method of designing a power supply network according to the present invention is as follows: board wires formed on each of a plurality of boards are determined; initial connection structures are arranged among the boards; and a through-silicon via and a power bump are arranged until voltage values of all nodes on the boards exceed a reference voltage value. By using the method of designing a power supply network, the number of through-silicon vias and power bumps in the power supply network is decreased and problems related to the power supply network, which are main problems insoluble to a through-silicon via technique, can be solved.
