LIFTING DEVICE FOR CARGO CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a lifting device for aerial work inside a cargo hold of a ship or an offshore structure, and a controlling method thereof. The lifting device for aerial work inside a cargo hold of a ship or an offshore structure comprises: a control unit installed on one side of a front surface of the cargo hold of the ship or the offshore structure; a foothold injecting and collecting unit connected to the control unit, fixated on one side of the front surface of the cargo hold to be located on an upper part of a foothold injecting hole of the cargo hold, and including a wire to be wound and unwound and a locking piece fixated on an end part of the wire; a foothold moving unit including a movable wire to be wound and unwound installed at a multitude of points on an inner wall of the cargo hold, and a movable locking piece fixated on an end part of the movable wire; and a foothold for work to be coupled to or separated from the locking piece or the movable locking piece, and moved with a worker on board. According to the present invention, the device can conveniently carry out maintenance work on the inner wall of the cargo hold by using a lifting system operated with rope, prevent waste of costs and time as a foothold for work does not need to be installed or removed, prevent safety accidents by preventing turnover, and be effective as work can be carried out even in a condition of being moored on the sea.
