OPTICAL SYSTEM FOR LASER VISION SYSTEM AND DESIGN METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an optical system for a laser vision system and a method for designing the same. The present invention includes a laser generator that irradiates a measurement target with a laser beam, a lens that collects or radiates the laser beam emitted from the laser generator and reflected from the measurement target for optical image formation, and an image sensor that is disposed at a predetermined angle on a main axis of the lens with an interval from the lens and performs imaging by capturing the image formed by the lens. The distance and angle between the image sensor and the lens are set in accordance with the distance and angle between the lens and the laser generator, and thus focusing can be allowed for the entire operation area.
