DISPLAY DEVICE WITH INPUT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DRIVING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a display apparatus including an input system comprising: a panel capable of performing first type touch sensing and second type touch sensing and including a plurality of first electrode arrays and a plurality of second electrode arrays which crosses the first electrode arrays; an operating controller to apply an inducing pulse to the first electrode arrays at the same time or to successively apply the inducing pulse or an operating pulse; a pen input means to generate a resonance pulse according to the inducing pulse; and a sensing controller to receive the changed amount of the capacitance according to the existence of finger touches in capacitance by the resonance pulse according to the inducing pulse applied at the same time, capacitance by the resonance pulse according to the inducing pulse successively applied, and capacitance by the operating pulse successively applied through the second electrode arrays.
