SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM SUPERVISION, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING SUPERVISION THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a system for supervising and managing an information system, a supervision management method for the same and an apparatus thereof. The system of the present invention includes: a supervisor terminal which transmits a supervision plan for each number of information system projects and a supervision result of each supervision plan; a manager terminal which searches the information system project using a search condition, and then inquires into the supervision plan and the supervision result by selecting one information system project among a number of information system projects from the search result, and departmentalizes the inquired supervision result by types and importance, and evaluates the supervision result by referring to quantitative numerical values according to scores per types and importance; and a supervision management apparatus which stores the supervision plan for each number of information system projects and the supervision result of each supervision plan received from the supervisor terminal, and provides the stored supervision plan and supervision result for the manager terminal according to the request of the manager terminal, and provides the evaluation result of the manager terminal for the supervision result for the supervisor terminal. The present invention can minimize defects of the information system and can improve service quality of the information system, by providing the system for supervising and managing the information system, and the supervision management method for the same and the apparatus thereof which can systemize and manage the content pointed out in the information system supervision and the result of corrective actions as to the pointed-out content.
