Provided is a sensor panel including a substrate; multiple first sensor electrodes extended in a first direction on a surface of the substrate; and multiple second sensor electrodes extended in a direction intersected with the first direction on the other surface of the substrate. Each of the first sensor electrodes has a strip shape, and has one end that is electrically connected to an operating part, and the other end that is floated. Each of the second sensor electrodes has a strip shape starting from a first end part to a second end part. The first end part is arranged along a side of the substrate intersected with the first direction, the second end part is arranged along a side of the substrate in parallel with the first direction, the first end part is electrically connected to the operating part, and the second end part is floated.
