Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to manufacture of a starter for fermented milk by separating lactobacillus from traditional fermented foods and to manufacture of the fermented milk using the same. According to the present invention, the starter for the fermented milk derived from traditional fermented foods is manufactured by the steps of: mixing pulverized kimchi with sterilized physiological saline and separating a kimchi solution; diluting and smearing the kimchi solution, culturing the same, and separating lactobacillus; inoculating the separated lactobacillus into a culture medium and culturing the same; and inoculating the cultured lactobacillus to skim milk and culturing the same.
