Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel Penicillium spp. TG2 having excellent diastatic enzyme activity and, more specifically, to a novel Penicillium spp. TG2 having excellent diastatic enzyme activity, a method for manufacturing diastatic enzyme using the strain, and a method for manufacturing ethanol using the diastatic enzyme. According to the present invention, the novel Penicillium spp. TG2 can produce the diastatic enzyme having excellent diastatic enzyme activity, thereby can be used for manufacturing bioethanol.
