VIDEO SEARCHING APPARATUS AND METHOD

The present invention relates to an image search device, a method, and a search system using the same capable of searching for data corresponding to an undetermined event at the time when an image photographing device collects data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the image search device includes an input part receiving event setting information indicating at least one condition forming a search target event about the image photographed by the image photographing device; an event query generating part generating an event query which is a query corresponding to the search target event by using the event setting information; and a search part searching, metadata about each object included in the image, for data matched with the event query. The metadata which is a search target of the search part is able to be metadata stored before the input of the event setting information.
