Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for designing a body-type customized compression wear by using a standard body shape, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for setting a cutoff line based on a muscle pattern and a joint portion of the human body by using three-dimensional standard body-shaped muscle pattern, dividing the patterns into blocks to develop a solid pattern and generate a reference pattern, and designing a pattern of a body-type customized compression wear by using a shape deformation parameter according to results decided by determining a body type of a customer. According to the present invention, a role of the muscle for each pattern block and a pressed strength in consideration of a placed direction can be differentiated through a pattern developed by blocking of the pattern for each muscle by using a body-type customized compression wear design technology using the standard body shape, and a design for discharging sweat and improving air-permeability can be enabled to improve an analeptic effect during the exercise. Also, according to the present invention, the dimensions of the human body can be inputted to explore the body type, set a pattern-deformed portion and a variation according to the body type, set a range of the pattern variation according to the body type to maintain an esthetic valance of the pattern. Thus, the body-type customized compression wear without being excessively deformed by personal body-type elements can be mass-produced.
