Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition comprising a mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava as an active ingredient. The mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava extracts of the present invention inhibits CDK1 and CDK2 gene expression, adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (AP) gene and a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) gene expression, and proliferation and differentiation of preadipocyte cells, wherein CDK1 and CDK2 are transcriptional activators associated with cell proliferation; and AP and PPAR-γ are transcriptional activators for an adipocyte formation. Thus, the mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradise, and Ecklonia cava extracts of the present invention can be usefully applied to prevention and treatment of obesity.
