Zusammenfassung:A stand-keyboard device, according to an embodiment the present invention, includes a keyboard unit and a stand unit combined to the keyboard unit. The stand unit is combined to an upper surface of the keyboard unit, and includes: a keyboard combining unit having one or more first magnet members to fixate the bottom part of a table computer to one end; a tablet support unit in which one end is connected to the other end of the keyboard combining unit by a first bending unit; and a tablet rear side attachment unit which has one or more second magnet members to fixate the rear side of the table computer, and is connected to the other end of the table support unit by a second bending unit.
