Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an ankle exercise assembly and an ankle exercise apparatus using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is an ankle exercise assembly which enables a user to perform a three-dimensional exercise. The ankle exercise assembly includes a base part for supporting the entire ankle exercise assembly; an exercise inducing part disposed over the base part to induce rotation, pan and tilt exercises of the user ankle, respectively; and a foothold part disposed over the exercise inducing part and on which a foot of the user is located, where the exercise inducing part induces the three-dimensional exercise of the user ankle by combining at least one or two of the rotation, pan and tilt exercises with each other.
