Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a power-up signal generating apparatus of guaranteeing an internal circuit initialization and a method thereof, which completes an internal initialization by transferring an internal initialization completion signal to a high level when multiple signals transferred to the high level and a signal generated by an external power voltage are all transferred to the high level after transferring a latch value to the internal power voltages and transferring an output terminal to the high level when an external power voltage is equal to or greater than a preset specific level and internal power voltages are equal to or greater than a preset threshold voltage through a latch in which the internal power voltages are formed as multiple inverters. To this end, the power-up signal generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an external power voltage level sensing unit which senses an external power voltage supplied from the outside and generates an external initialization completion signal including a high level or a low level based on the sensed external power voltage; an internal circuit initialization sensing unit which performs a latch function based on the generated external initialization completion signal and outputs a high level when the external initialization completion signal is equal to or greater than a preset specific level and when an internal power voltage corresponding to the internal circuit initialization sensing unit is equal to or greater than a preset threshold voltage; and an initialization stabilization signal generating unit which outputs the external initialization completion signal generated from the external power voltage level sensing unit and an internal initialization completion signal based on voltage signals respectively outputted from multiple internal circuit initialization sensing units.
