FUNCTIONAL DIETARY FIBER BAKERY FOOD FOR TREATMENT OF CONSTIPATION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a functional dietary fiber bakery food for treating constipation and a method for manufacturing the same. The functional dietary fiber bakery food contains psyllium husks and chia seeds effective for constipation and forms a strong oil coated double layers for blocking water penetration on the surfaces of the psyllium husks and chia seeds so as to solve a problem caused by water penetration in the manufacturing process. The dietary fiber bakery food in the present invention is manufactured by making a shape using the psyllium husks, the chia seeds, and wheat flour, which is combined with the psyllium husks and chia seeds by kneading, as main ingredients and then baking. On the surfaces of the psyllium husks and chia seeds, a first oil coated layer blocking water penetration into the psyllium husks and chia seeds by being coated with butter or olive oil; and a second oil coated layer firstly blocking the water penetration into the psyllium husks and chia seeds prior to the first oil coated layer by being coated with emulsifying cream made of a mixture of eggs, sugar, and butter.
