Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a bollard for preventing access of a vehicle capable of securing the safety of a walker even if the walker walking along the sidewalk crashes by improving a structure of absorbing impact load on an outer circumferential surface. The bollard for preventing access of a vehicle comprises: a tubular post (2) vertically installed on the ground; and an elastic means (3) which is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the post (2) and absorbs impact by deforming the shape when the external impact is applied. The elastic means (3) is formed of an elastic material and is integrally formed of a tubular inner skin (4) having an accommodating space part on an outer circumferential surface of the post (2), a tubular external skin (5) arranged on the outer surface of the inner skin (4) and having a space part accommodating the inner skin (4), and multiple partition plates (6) which is arranged between the inner skin (4) and the outer skin (5) and divides and connects a space between the inner skin (4) and the outer skin (5).
