Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for optimally extracting rice bran oil using a supercritical fluid from rice bran, including the steps of: (a) dividing into an extraction pressure (x1) of a certain range, an extraction temperature (x2) of a certain range, an extraction time (x3) of a certain time as supercritical fluid extraction conditions, encoding each dividing step, and establishing a rice bran oil extraction plan; and (b) measuring a rice bran oil extraction yield and changes in fat acid content of the rice bran oil by each extraction condition using a reaction surface analysis method.
