The composite sheet comprises a matrix; and a reinforcing material immersed in the matrix, wherein a ratio (B/A) of a modulus (B) after light irradiation to the modulus (A) before the light irradiation is less than one and a glass transition temperature after the light irradiation is greater than or equal to 250°C.
