Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus for metal heat treatment and a metal heat treatment apparatus having the same, wherein the cooling apparatus is capable of cooling a metal material, which is heated at a high temperature, at a uniform cooling rate. According to the present invention, a cooling apparatus for metal heat treatment comprises: a cooling tank having a cooling chamber storing a cooling medium, and having an entrance through which a transport jig having a metal material mounted thereon enters the cooling chamber; a cooling medium feeder to feed the cooling medium to the cooling tank; a cooling medium feed pipe having a jet pipe with multiple nozzles to jet the cooling medium to the cooling chamber, and having an inlet pipe connecting the cooling medium feeder and the jet pipe; a feed pump to pump the cooling medium to the cooling chamber; a cooling medium recovery pipe having a suction pipe with multiple suction ports to suck the cooling medium from the cooling chamber, and having a discharge pipe connecting the cooling medium feeder and the suction pipe; and a recovery pump to pump the cooling medium from the cooling chamber to the cooling medium feeder.
