Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a rotationally openable safety rail for patients, and more specifically, to a safety rail for patients which can be mounted on the side of a patient bed and can be easily opened and closed by preventing interference with a mattress during the opening and closing of the rail by installing the safety rail on the side of a frame to allow rotational opening and closing thereof, and moreover, can be installed in a patient chair and improves user′s convenience by allowing a patient to enter a seat plate in multiple directions by installing the safety rail on the frame from the side of the seat plate and allowing rotational opening and closing.
