Zusammenfassung:A power on reset circuit includes a voltage detection part which receives a power voltage from a power terminal and outputs an electrical signal in response to the received power voltage, an inverter which receives the electrical signal from the voltage detection part and outputs a reset signal according to the level of the received electrical signal, a first switch part which receives the reset signal outputted from the inverter and turns on in response to the received reset signal, a first discharge part which receives the power voltage from the first switch and discharges the electrical signal in response to the received power voltage, a second switch part which turns on according to a start pulse signal applied from an external device and receives the power voltage from the power terminal, and a second discharge part which discharges the electrical signal in response to the power voltage received from the second switch.
