Zusammenfassung: | An existing on/off control method and PID control method for the discharge auger of a combine are determined to cause excessive vibration in the operation and work of the discharge auger, to be unstable because of a large error range of the arrival point of the discharge auger, and to be dangerous to a worker. A control method according to the present invention is developed to stably and effectively control the discharge auger compared with the existing control methods by using a fuzzy inference and a sensor. The control method can start control of the speed of the discharge auger and stop the operation of the discharge auger stably when the sensor senses an obstacle and a dangerous matter based on the fuzzy inference. Based on a fuzzy inference formula, the control method can stably reduce the vibration in the operation and work of the discharge auger and reduce the error range of the arrival point even when the discharge auger is operated again, thereby allowing the worker to be safe and not to be tired. The control method can control the discharge auger not to collide with the obstacle and the dangerous matter by sensing the obstacle and the dangerous matter on the moving path of the discharge auger using the sensor, thereby improving safety in work. |
