Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition comprising a fraction obtained by extracting or fractionating, with an organic solvent, an extract of a composition including Ephedra sinica, Thallus aminariae, and Radix et rhizoma as an active ingredient for preventing and treating obesity. The composition has no in-vivo toxicity and has effects of weight loss and body fat reduction, thereby can be used as a medicine for preventing and treating the obesity and a functional health food for preventing and alleviating the obesity.
