Zusammenfassung:Provided are a method and an apparatus for cooperative communications. In a wireless LAN system, a transmission AP, obtaining transmission authority, transmits cooperative allowance information to a cooperative AP which participates in the cooperative communications. The transmission AP receives cooperative participation information which is a response to the cooperative allowance information from the cooperative AP, and determines a cooperative beamforming technique based on the cooperative participation information.
