Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a hydrolyzable metal containing copolymeric binder, a manufacturing method thereof and an antifouling paint composition using the same and, more specifically, to a hydrolyzable metal containing copolymeric binder capable of realizing low viscosity and properties of solid at the same time, a manufacturing method thereof and an antifouling paint composition using the same. The present invention is able to minimize the content of unreacted products and by-products capable of being generated in reaction by controlling a reaction process at a specific temperature and pressure and is able to manufacture a copolymeric binder for antifouling paint realizing low viscosity and properties of solid at the same time. Additionally, the present invention is able to realize stable antifouling performance in the long term and improve workability by exhibiting high solid content at low viscosity by applying the binder to the antifouling composition and manufacturing the antifouling paint with uniform surface abrasion properties.
