Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a copolymer binder for antifouling paint, a method for manufacturing the same, and an antifouling paint composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a copolymer binder for antifouling paint which is used as an upper paint of a painting system applied to the structure to be immersed underwater, preventing the attachment and growth of marine life on the coated surface, to a method for manufacturing the same, and an to antifouling paint composition containing the same. The antifouling paint composition according to the present invention is able to be worn down by itself by hydrolysis and has excellent anti-corrosion properties, and also has excellent crack resistance, thus does not have such as cracks or separation of the coated film. Moreover, the composition has a low friction resistance by the surface of the coated film having hydrophilicity and can form an antifouling coated film having excellent antifouling performances under a stagnant condition or extremely polluted condition.
