Zusammenfassung:	The present invention, as an apparatus for separating wastewater inside food waste materials containing flowed-in moisture and sterilizing microorganisms inside the food waste materials, provides a sterilizing and dehydrating apparatus for food waste materials which comprises: a sterilizing and dehydrating chamber located in at least a part of outside wall while being inclined to the ground, and including a heated fluid flow pathway in which heated fluid can move and a wastewater outlet which discharges wastewater contained in the food waste materials containing moisture; and a first transferring means arranged inside the sterilizing and dehydrating chamber, including a rotating axis to transfer the food waste materials containing flowed-in moisture in the longitudinal direction of the sterilizing and dehydrating chamber inclined to the ground, and a plurality of screw wings which are rotated by the rotation of the rotating axis and connected to the rotating axis.
