Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an ankle exercise assembly and an ankle exercise apparatus using the same. The ankle exercise assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention is an ankle exercise assembly capable of three-dimensional ankle exercise of a user. The ankle exercise assembly comprises: a base part for supporting the whole ankle exercise assembly; an exercise guiding part arranged on top of the base part to guide the rotating exercise, panning exercise, and tilting exercise of the ankle of the user; and a foothold part arranged on top of the exercise guiding part to put the feet of the user. The exercise guiding part guides the three-dimensional ankle exercise of the user by the combination of one or more among the rotating exercise, the panning exercise and the tilting exercise.
