Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides conical hat-shaped makeup cotton formed so that a user can put the makeup cotton directly when erasing makeup or erasing nail polish applied to the surface of a nail; a makeup case including a withdrawing device thereof; and a tool for using the same. For such, the present invention provides conical hat-shaped makeup cotton that is formed in the shape of a conical hat. In addition, the present invention provides a makeup cotton case including a device for withdrawing conical hat-shaped makeup cotton, the device comprising: a body of the case having an upper part opened and having a cavity formed; a withdrawing device installed inside the body of the case; a case cover combined with the upper part of the body of the case to open and close the upper part of the body of the case; and a separation preventing protrusion arranged at the upper part of the body of the case to be able to contact with a makeup cotton stand so that the makeup cotton stand can be prevented from separating out of the body of the case. The conical hat-shaped makeup cotton according to the present invention is easy to use as the conical hat-shaped makeup cotton can be used by a process of mounting the conical hat-shaped cotton on a finger without a separate process of winding the conical hat-shaped cotton around a finger.
