Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a complex sintered insert ring for a vehicle engine integrally formed with an engine piston. Provided is a method for manufacturing a complex sintered insert ring having high level of functionality for vehicle engine integrally formed with an engine piston comprising an insert-ring formed article formation step for forming an insert-ring formed article in a ring shape after preparing a mixture of powder materials of a ferreous alloy insert ring; a sintered insert ring in a ring shape manufacture step for manufacturing a sintered insert ring of which porosity of the inner part is 40-60% by sintering the formed insert ring in a ring shape; an aluminum alloy infiltration step for forming complex material by infiltrating aluminum or aluminum alloy through the inside pore formed on the sintered insert ring; and a piston casting step for manufacturing an aluminum infiltration sintered insert ring integrally formed with engine piston after the sintered insert ring, which the inside pore is filled with aluminum or aluminum alloy in the step of aluminum alloy infiltration, is situated at a certain position of the inside mold and is casted into aluminum casting using a casting machine.
