FOR FIXED RAIL TO RAIL ELASTIC CLIP, AND ITS INSTALLATION METHOD

The present invention relates to an elastic clip for fixing a rail and an installation method thereof which is useable regardless of rail gradients (1/40,1/20), the kinds of a rail (50kg, 60kg, UIC60 rails), and ballast (gravel ballast, concrete ballast), thus solving the problems which an existing clip has to improve the performance thereof and, expanding the places to be used to achieve the reduction of the maintenance costs and the convenience in the use and management. According to the present invention, the elastic clip for fixing a rail includes: a head arch whose front end is inserted into a clop shoulder of a tie or a base plate; a rear arch unitarily extended to the left side from the head arch in such a manner as to be rounded upward; a first front arch unitarily extended from the rear arch to the right side in such a manner as to form a large arch and be rounded upward; a second front arch unitarily extended from the first front arch in such a manner as to be rounded downward; a first toe unitarily extended from the second front arch to the left side in such a manner as to be rounded; and a second toe unitarily extended from the first toe to the left side in such a manner as to allow the top of the front end thereof to come into contact with the underside of the head arch. Further, according to the method for installing the elastic clip for fixing the rail, the elastic clip as mentioned above is installed on a clip shoulder.
