Each service is composed of a nationwide network mobile information system for connecting each regional portal wherein the each regional portal system is connected to a virtual map navigation system (PC, smartphones, tablet PC compatibility); and a portal system based on regional living information wherein the portal system make it to access directly all living information without searching at the click of a button.
