Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a grinder of a spot cutting drill for repairing an ultra-high strength steel vehicle. The grinder of a spot cutting drill for repairing a vehicle comprises a jig coupling and setting part for fixing a spot cutting drill on a grinding jig; a cut surface machining part for machining the cut surface of the spot cutting drill set by the jig coupling and setting part; and a tip discharging groove machining part for machining a tip discharging groove through which a cutting tip cut by a center bit is discharged. Thus, the present invention can quickly, precisely, and easily grind the spot cutting drill for repairing an ultra-high strength steel vehicle. Also, the present invention can clearly and easily machine the spot cutting drill to be reused by machining the cutting surface and the tip discharging groove after coupling the spot cutting drill to the grinding jig.
