Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cross-linked PE foam that is eco-friendly and safe since heavy metals and volatile organic compounds are not spilled and is also capable of increasing foaming efficiency and productivity since foaming temperature is relatively lower than the existing method and of facilitating a second process. With regard to a method for manufacturing the cross-linked PE foam by blending a foaming agent or a fireproof agent using low density polyethylene (LDPE) as a base resin and melt extruding, and then cross-linked foaming under high pressure, the present invention is characterized by a master batch that is used for the method, pelletized by making the base resin into a compound by mixing the LDPE having a density of 0.91-0.94 with high density polyethylene (HDPE), which consists of small molecules and has high crystallizability and which is softened at relatively high temperatures (100-120°C) compared with the LDPE, and having a density over 0.95, and then melting the compound. |
