Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to functional yogurt added with powder of fermented dioscorea batatas dence containing high GABA contents indicating anti-oxidative and anti-hypertensive activities, and a method for preparing the same. The fermented dioscorea batatas dence is obtained by the steps of: performing a first fermentation by using monascussp.; performing a second fermentation by using strain of lactic acid bacteria; sterilizing; and drying. Thus, high functional yogurt containing high GABA contents which has excellent anti-oxidative activities and treats and prevents high blood pressure can be prepared.
