Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a safety belt functioning as a smartphone charger, which can increase a safety belt wearing rate because a smartphone can be charged when a safety belt clip is fixed to a clip holder capable of identifying a USB. More particularly, a cell phone can be charged by sending an electrical signal to a USB port (200) when a safety belt clip (21) is coupled to a clip holder (220). A USB port (340) operates since electricity flows in a circuit (350) located on the center of the clip holder by an anode conductor (300) and a cathode conductor (310) located in the clip holder when the safety belt clip is coupled to the holder.
