The compound, according to the present invention, can be valuably used for preventing or treating obesity or obesity-related metabolic diseases. In addition, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a heterocyclic benzamide compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a method for preventing or treating obesity and obesity-related metabolic diseases.
