Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a shoe insole with separable acupressure pins and developed to give a user a desired degree of stimuli at necessary sites instead of fixedly forming acupressure protrusions, as means for applying acupressure to the sole, on insoles or socks. In the shoe insole which is inserted into an inside of the shoe, has a plurality of protrusions for acupressure protruding from an upper surface, and is closely contacted with the sole, the shoe insole comprises: an insole having a plurality of mount holes which are formed through vertical perforation, wherein the mount holes are formed at portions closely contacted with main blood points and treatment efficacy points; and acupressure pins including supports formed in a circular plate shape and acupressure protrusions, wherein the acupressure protrusion is extended upward vertically from the center of an upper surface of the support, has an external diameter which becomes larger then smaller toward an upper portion, has an upper end in a rounded shape, and inserted into the mount hole of the insole from below to protrude from the upper surface of the insole.
