Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for processing both ends of a billet. The method for processing both ends of a billet comprises: a billet transferring step of rolling and transferring a billet (200) downwards with an inclined transfer device; a billet seating step of gripping the billet (200) transferred in the billet transferring step and placing the billet on a processing bed (123); a billet processing step of chamfering both ends of the billet (200) placed on the processing bed (123) in the billet seating step using a cutting tool (140); and a billet discharging step of discharging the billet (200) chamfered in the billet processing step. Therefore, the method for processing both ends of a billet can significantly improve productivity and work efficiency by chamfering both ends of a billet.
