Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a shell which has a hollow shell arranged on a lower plate and an upper plate arranged on the hollow shell; an inlet pipe guiding the incoming flow of the heat source water into the shell; a coolant tube which has a spiral pipe unit in the shell and a through-shell pipe unit penetrating the shell; and an outlet pipe guiding the heat source water discharged after exchanging heat with the coolant tube. The inlet pipe is arranged on the lower plate, and the outlet of the inlet pipe drawing in the heat source water into the shell is installed to face the inner peripheral surface of the hollow shell in order to accelerate the circulation of the heat source water drawn into the shell through the inlet pipe and flowing along the inner peripheral surface of the hollow shell and enhance the performance of the heat exchanger.
